Art Rookie uses the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Delivery charges for all products apart from Framed Art Prints will be £4.25. Due to the weight of framed artwork the delivery charge is £7.00, please be aware of this before purchase. European and International charges are £10.00. If your order can fit through the letterbox, it will be delivered and marked as such on the Royal Mail system. If you are not at the delivery address and the item does not fit through the letterbox, a card will be left informing you of how to collect it.
If you order Products from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Art Rookie will always make sure that each product will arrive to you in perfect condition. If for any agreeable reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This is all presuming the goods are in the same condition as we left them. If we notice that the goods are not in the same condition as we left them, then we will not offer you a refund or exchange. Secure packaging with the order form or the invoice stating the order number must be included with the return. Unless the item returned to us is defective or we have delivered said item to you in error, or as a substitute, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us. If you request an exchange you must pay any of the fees for packaging, handling and delivery, unless the goods were returned because they were faulty for any reason. Please acknowledge that your statutory rights are not effective.
