Hi! My name is Emma Margaret & I am a freelance illustrator living and working in Kent, UK. I studied illustration at Southampton Solent University and graduated in 2014 with a First Class degree.

My work begins as a line drawing in my sketchbook before being edited and coloured digitally. Most of my work is inspired by nature, animals and fairytales, and I use patterns and hand-drawn type in my illustrations. I also love to read and often use books as inspiration for my personal work.
